Lead Pastor
Bryan has been a pastor for 20 years, the last 15 in Missouri pastoring churches in Sikeston and St. Louis.
It was while Senior Pastor at the Bridgeton Church of the Nazarene that God laid on his heart to start a new church in St. Charles County. God soon began opening doors, gathering people, and on October 22, 2000, New Life was born. Bryan has been married to Louann for 26 years. She serves as the Children's Director for New Life. Louann also works for the city of O'Fallon, Missouri. They have two children, Michael and Brianna. Michael is 21 and is a Senior at MidAmerica Nazarene University located in Olathe, Kansas. Brianna is 18 and a Freshman; also at MNU. Pastor Bryan is a native Texan (Go Cowboys!) who loves sports, coaches basketball, and keeps toys in his office. He also has a heart for God and a desire to see others find a relationship with Him.
Associate/Youth Pastor
Prior to serving in full-time ministry, Mona was a math teacher at Fort Zumwalt North Middle School for 11 years. In 1998, she began work as a part-time youth pastor. Answering a call to full time ministry, Mona resigned her position with Fort Zumwalt and became New Life's Associate/Youth Pastor when the church launched in the fall of 2000. Mona loves lighthouses, hanging out with friends, and watching sports. She has a heart for students and a desire to help them find God's plan for their life.
Worship Pastor
Jeff has been in full-time ministry since graduating from Midamerica Nazarene University in 2000. Before joining the team at New Life, he served as a youth pastor and worship leader at churches in Independence, KS, Springfield, MO and Girard, KS. Jeff and his wife, Moriah, have a daughter, Kinley, and a son, Jace. The Dillows came to New Life in January of 2009. Jeff was born and raised in Kansas, is a fan of KU basketball, loves to be outdoors, play guitar, write music and spend time with his family.
